About the event
During the camp, Olympic champion and performance coach, Lindsay Shoop, will teach athletes to identify and practice proper movement through mobility training. Her unique way of connecting proper range of motion to rowing technique (and strength training) allows athletes to become more intuitive about their approaches to performance optimization and injury prevention.
Shoop will also be presenting on various topics that provide insight into living the Athlete's Lifestyle--a direct reflection of the holistic nature of what it takes to become our own best selves...in rowing and beyond.
